This course covers Comparative Market Analysis and Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), an opinion of value developed according to industry standards by a real estate licensee.

This course defines the BPO as an opinion of value developed according to industry standards by a real estate licensee. This Contracts and Listing Agreements course teaches critical context in the use of standard forms, terminology, contingencies and clauses (ex: termination clauses, dispute resolution, financing contingencies).
