The mandatory 3-hr Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) covers the State's required topics including Oregon Revised Statute 696 and Oregon Administrative Rule 863, as well as input from Board, the Oregon Real Estate Agency staff, and other stakeholders.
This 30-hr CE Renewal package is designed for licensees who wish to renew their Oregon real estate license. This package includes a 3-hr Required Law and Required Rule (LARCC) course and 27 hrs of electives that are taken online on your own self-paced schedule. See details for course titles.

Learn more on the Basics of Investment Property. NOTABLY, there is a 3-hr and 4-hr version of this investments course. This 4-hr course is the extended of the 3-hr course titled: "Basic Steps to Analyze Investment Property." Both are great courses. Select either the 3 or 4-hr version (but not both).
