The mandatory 3-hr Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) covers the State's required topics including Oregon Revised Statute 696 and Oregon Administrative Rule 863, as well as input from Board, the Oregon Real Estate Agency staff, and other stakeholders. The LARRC course is presented in a primarily read-only format.
