IMPT: This package is designed for Brokers and Principal Brokers who have already completed one or more renewal cycles.  If this is your first ever renewal, please seek out separately provided courses (ex: 27-hr Advanced Practices Courses). This package is not for Property Management License renewal.

This 30-hr CE Renewal Package includes the 3hr Oregon LARRC Mandatory Course and 27 hours of  CE Electives of your choosing to be used toward license renewal.

This course covers basic investment concepts and analytical tools. The instructor provides real estate and financially-based models to help licensees rank and analyze investment alternatives and risk.

This 4-hr course is the extended of the 3-hr course titled: "Basic Steps to Analyze Investment Property." Both are great courses. Select either the 3 or 4-hr version (but not both).

This Code of Ethics course is designed to provide 3-hrs of continuing education credit and meet the National Association of Realtors (NAR) ethics requirement.
