The Property Management course is designed to provide licensees with an understanding of the roles, responsibilities and issues involved with property management. This course covers the handling of day-to-day issues, administrative activities, and legal practices.
This narrated course provides 2 hours of Legal credit and 1-hour Fair Housing credit. Property Management prompts the largest number of consumer complaints. This course enables licensees to reduce the risk to the consumer by explaining laws, rules and best practices. This course is a forms-driven management course explaining proper disclosure, documentation, lease management, and fair housing implications in property management.
Course credit type: This course provides 2-hrs of legal credit and 1-hr of Fair Housing credit or elective credit (in cases where you already have adequate fair housing / legal credits).
This narrated course provides 1-hr of Fair Housing Credit. The course enables licensees to stay updated on legal requirements and societal changes regarding Fair Housing practices. It covers recent legislation, case law, and emerging issues to ensure agents understand and comply with anti-discrimination laws. Agents can use this course to enhance their ability to provide equitable and lawful services, foster diverse communities, and avoid legal liabilities in real estate transactions.
Course credit type: This Mandatory Fair Housing Course provides either 1-hour of Fair Housing credit or elective credit if you already have all your Fair Housing credits)
