This 20-hr CE Restoration package is designed for licensees who wish to renew to be active in 2025-2026. This package includes 20-hrs of electives. See details for course titles.

Swap NAR Code of Ethics course into this package free in exchange for any unused 3-hr course and is subject to Board/Association approval.

This package is designed for licensees renewing to be active in 2023-2024.  You'll receive 20 hrs of elective courses.  Each course allows you to stop and go as you please.  As always, please check with the licensing branch (DCCA) ahead of purchase to ensure these courses meet your specific requirements.

Students may substitute comparable courses for those below if desired. We customize free of charge -

• Fair Housing Inclusion and Diversity (3 hrs)
• Landlord Tenant Code in Hawaii (3 hrs)
• Risk Managment: Protecting Your Clients (4 hrs)
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Real Estae Practitioners (3 hrs)
• Topics and Trends in Today's Hawaii Real Estate (4 hrs)

For a course to be considered a duplicate, it had to be taken in a consecutive biennium from REMI.  We swap courses free of charge. 
 

This 20-hour CE package can be used toward renewal.   The package includes Core A and Core B is added free to this package once available after State's usual release of Core B around July of even-numbered years. You then complete the package by selecting electives to go with Core A and B.

*Regards Code of Ethics as a course option. Note that policies can change. It is at your local Board / Association's discretion to accept this course for credit toward their Ethics requirement. Check ahead of purchase.
