This is the 3-hr Mandatory Fair Housing CE Course. Per the Washington Dept of Licensing (DOL), the purpose of this course is to cover the federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq.) and the Washington Law Against Discrimination (Chapter 49.60 RCW) as it relates to real estate transactions. Every 2 years, the Washington State Dept. of Licensing (DOL) and Real Estate Commission release a set Current Issues (CORE) curricula specifically designed to provide a mandated 3-hr legislative, legal, and business practices update for real estate licensees.
