Core B covers the outcome of the State's legislative session that ends around May in each even-numbered year. Each biennium, CORE B becomes available around the June / July time frame of even years. Whereas, CORE A covers law updates from the odd-numbered year. This course is a mandatory course for license renewal and covers the latest legislative updates that pertain to real estate. Core courses are time-frame specific (based on the law updates for that biennium).
