Learn more on the Basics of Investment Property. NOTABLY, there is a 3-hr and 4-hr version of this investments course. This 4-hr course is the extended of the 3-hr course titled: "Basic Steps to Analyze Investment Property." Both are great courses. Select either the 3 or 4-hr version (but not both).

This course covers basic investment concepts and analytical tools. The instructor provides real estate and financially-based models to help licensees rank and analyze investment alternatives and risk.

This Code of Ethics course is designed to provide 3-hrs of continuing education credit and meet the National Association of Realtors (NAR) ethics requirement.

Purpose of Course

• Course covers topics to prompt students to be diligent in recalling the protective intent of critical statutes and rules designed to protect both the licensee, consumer and public.

• Understanding the rationale behind critical statutes and rules improves licensees’ ease of recall and ability to identify the applicability of these rules to their everyday “best practices”
