The Core A and B courses for the 2024 biennium (to be active in 2025-2026) are available until 5/31/25. After 5/31, you can request electives in their place. This course is a mandatory course for license renewal and covers the latest legislative updates that pertain to real estate. Core courses are time-frame specific (based on the law updates for that biennium).
