This 30-hour package can be used towards make-up / reactivation / restoration / renewal. This package is often used by those looking to make-up credits for previous bienniums. The Core A and B courses for the 2024 biennium (to be active in 2025-2026) are available until 5/31/25. After 5/31, you can request electives in their place. You can also customize this package - just email us and let us know the courses you wish to swap into place.

This 20-hr CE Restoration package is designed for licensees who wish to renew to be active in 2025-2026. This package includes 20-hrs of electives. See details for course titles. Swap NAR Code of Ethics course into this package free in exchange for any unused 3-hr course and is subject to Board/Association approval.
This 20-hour CE package can be used toward renewal. The package includes Core A and Core B is added free to this package once available after State's usual release of Core B around July of even-numbered years. You then complete the package by selecting electives to go with Core A and B.
*Regards Code of Ethics as a course option. Note that policies can change. It is at your local Board / Association's discretion to accept this course for credit toward their Ethics requirement. CORE A (2023-2024): Disclose, Disclose, Disclose (3 hrs, CE credit). Core A covers the law changes that occurred in 2023 and Core B covers 2024. Together those prepare you to be active in 2025-2026.
Core B covers the outcome of the State's legislative session that ends around May in each even-numbered year. Each biennium, CORE B becomes available around the June / July time frame of even years. Whereas, CORE A covers law updates from the odd-numbered year. This course is a mandatory course for license renewal and covers the latest legislative updates that pertain to real estate. Core courses are time-frame specific (based on the law updates for that biennium).
