The Home Inspections course is a Commission-approved elective course that counts toward 3-hrs of Hawaii continuing education credit to be used toward license renewal or reactivation.

Need to study for the Hawaii-specific portion of the licensing exam and not the national? You've found the right course. There are two parts to the licensing exam: State and National. This course is designed for licensees who only need the State portion who are getting their certificate through the equivalency process.
This 20-hour CE package can be used toward renewal. The package includes Core A and Core B is added free to this package once available after State's usual release of Core B around July of even-numbered years. You then complete the package by selecting electives to go with Core A and B.

This 20 hr CE Restoration package is designed for licensees who wish to be active in 2025-2026. This package includes 20 hrs of electives of your choosing. If adding the NAR Code of Ethics, check to ensure your Board /Assoc accepts the course for Ethics credit. Check for duplicates ahead of purchase.
CORE A (2025-2026): Advertising, Agency, and Accountability – It’s Your Kuleana! (3 hrs, CE credit). Core A covers the law changes that occurred in 2025 and Core B covers 2026. Together those prepare you to be active in 2027-2028.
