Use this course to better serve and represent your clients while also limiting liability for both yourself and your clients.  Forms include Purchase and Sale Agreement and Listing Agreements. 

Compared to other technological innovation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a relatively new field that has applicability to real estate professionals. In this course you'll learn of AI's applicability to our industry, cautions associated with the use of AI as a service to both the agents and general public. This course teaches about AI's applicability, its proper use and its limitations.

Learn about the procedures, forms, rules and risks encountered in a good property management practice.

Provide better service to clients and reduce liability as you learn about the details of the Landlord Tenant obligations, remedies, and rules concerning security deposits, repairs and prohibited practices. Property Management is an area that generates a large percentage of administrative hearings so this course pays special attention to these critical areas.
