This State-approved, mandatory narrated salesperson real estate pre-licensing course provides everything you need to know to pass the Georgia real estate licensing exam. The course provides the required completion certificate that allows you to sit for the State's licensing exam. Per the Real Estate Commission, the course final exam and the licensing exam must be taken through a proctor and you will pay those fees separately.
Written by instructor with over 40 yrs of experience, you'll be in good hands in this narrated, self-paced course, available 24/7, a classroom in your own living room. You'll naturally meet the State's 75-hr time requirement by completing the presentations / quizzes. Course Features Include:
Students have 6 months in which to complete this 75-hr course. Per State reqeuirement, the course's final exam is proctored. Students must email REMI to schedule the proctored exam a minimum of 3 weeks ahead of time.
