Every 2 years, the Washington State Dept. of Licensing (DOL) and Real Estate Commission release a set Current Issues (CORE) curricula specifically designed to provide a mandated 3-hr legislative, legal, and business practices update for real estate licensees. This course is designed to meet that purpose. This cycle's topic focuses on State forms, including a few new forms to understand what they are and how to use the forms effectively in real estate practice.
