Complete your CORE Course Responsibilities with this three-hour course. This Georgia specific, course explains license law and recent updates. It explains rules, regulations, and laws regarding the practice of real estate in easily understood ways so you can abide by the rules and avoid putting your client or you in jeopardy. This course will help you better understand and walk within the boundaries of the Georgia laws.

License Renewal
Effective July 1, 2015, the required amount of continuing education (CE) hours increased from 24 to 36 for each four year renewal period.

Effective July 1, 2016, 3 of the required CE hours must be on the topic of license law from a license law course approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
