CORE A (2025-2026): Advertising, Agency, and Accountability – It’s Your Kuleana! (3 hrs, CE credit). Core A covers the law changes that occurred in 2025 and Core B covers 2026. Together those prepare you to be active in 2027-2028.
The 2025-2026 biennium's Core A course (3 hrs) is for those who licensees who wish to remain current / be active in 2027-2028. The Real Estate Commission uses its Core A (and later, Core B) to provide legislative updates and information on select, timely topics. This biennium's Core A covers the recent legislative changes, and the selected special topics of: advertising, agency and accountability. Core courses are applied toward renewal (and not make-up). Core B is released by the Real Estate Commission around June / July of each even-numbered year, following the respective legislative session.

Core B covers the outcome of the State's legislative session that ends around May in each even-numbered year. Each biennium, CORE B becomes available around the June / July time frame of even years. Whereas, CORE A covers law updates from the odd-numbered year. This course is a mandatory course for license renewal and covers the latest legislative updates that pertain to real estate. Core courses are time-frame specific (based on the law updates for that biennium).
Core B for 2025-2026 focuses on Property Management and legislative updates from the 2026 law session.
