CORE A 2017-2018.  Technology: The Good, the Bad, & the Evil; Clients Trust Accounts, and the 2017 Real Estate-Related Legislative Update.  (3 hrs, CE credit)

CORE B 2017-2018 - Agency and the Practice of Dual Agency (3 hrs)

Course title: Core B 2017-2018 - Agency and the Practice of Dual Agency and 2018 Real Estate-Related Legislation (3 hrs). The course is based on the outcome of the State's legislative session that usually ends in May.  As a result, this course becomes available around the June / July time frame of even years. Core A is released in odd years and covers respective legislative updates.

This course is a mandatory course for license renewal and covers the latest legislative updates that pertain to real estate. 

Code of Ethics: Our Promise of Professionalism (3 hrs)

The 'Code of Ethics: Our Promise of Professionalism' course is designed to provide 3 -hrs of continuing education while simultaneously meeting the National Association of Realtors (NAR) ethics requirement.  In contrast to what used to be a quadrennial requirement, the NAR now requires members meet the ethics requirement every 2 yrs.  IMPT:  If you are intending to use this course to fulfill the ethics requirements for a local board (ex: Honolulu Board of Realtors), you must contact the local board ahead of purchase to ensure the course is recognized by your particular local board.  Upon completing the course, licensees are responsible for checking with the NAR / local board to verify you have completed all of their requirements and any associated paperwork, etc.
