Compared to other technological innovation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a relatively new field that has applicability to real estate professionals. In this course you'll learn of AI's applicability to our industry, cautions associated with the use of AI as a service to both the agents and general public. This course teaches about AI's applicability, its proper use and its limitations.

This 20-hr CE Renewal package is designed for licensees who wish to renew to be active in 2025-2026. This package includes Core A, Core B (when released by the State) and 14 hrs of electives. See details for course titles.

This package is designed for licensees renewing to be active in 2025-2026.  You'll receive Core A, Core B and 14 hrs of electives, bringing the total to 20-hrs.  Each course allows you to stop and go as you please.  As always, please check with the licensing branch (DCCA) ahead of purchase to ensure these courses meet your specific requirements.

Students may substitute comparable courses for those below if desired. We customize free of charge -

• Core B - State's Law Updates and Special Topic TBA (3 hrs)
• Code of Ethics: Pathways to Professionalism (NAR, 3 hrs)
• Risk Management: Protecting Your Clients (4 hrs)
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Real Estate Practitioners (3 hrs)
• Basics of Investment Property (4 hrs)

*Core B covers the law session that occurs in the even-numbered year. Once Core B is released by the State and available on our website, we will add it to the 20-hr CE Renewal package for you.

For a course to be considered a duplicate, it had to be taken in a consecutive biennium from REMI.  We swap courses free of charge.
