David Catanzaro has been a real estate agent in Hawaii since 1986. He earned his broker's license in 2002 and his Real Estate Instructor's License in 2003. He is Principal Broker REMI Realty and Instructor for REMI School of Realty in Kailua. David has held real estate licenses in the States of Missouri and Florida. In 1970 he earned his Bachelors Degree in Finance and later (in 1973) his Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Missouri. He currently resides in Kailua, Hawaii.
David is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Hawaii Association of Realtors, The Honolulu Board of Realtors, and was actively engaged in the Real Estate Securities and Syndications Institute until it was dissolved into a branch of the National Association of Realtors. Previous outside activities have included Big Brothers of America, Junior Achievement, AYSO Soccer Coach and Referee, Baseball Coach.
Of Real Estate, David says, "Knowing the many agents, local knowledge of the field, learning the inventory of homes and providing high levels of memorable service is the basis of our business. If I had to say what field I specialize in, I would say, 'service.' I try my best to deliver on service, anticipating and meeting my clients' every need. I try to show, list and sell residential properties on the Windward side of Oahu because I live in and know Kaneohe and Kailua best."
David has been married 36 years to wife, Charlyne. They have two children, Jean and Chris, who currently reside on the mainland.
